Hello !

I hope you’re doing well and thanks for the LinkedIn invitation! Maybe you’re wondering why I sent you this link. Let me explain.

You know, LinkedIn has a limit on the number of people you can connect with, and that limit is 30,000. Unfortunately, , I can’t accept your connection request because I’ve reached that limit.

But hey, no worries! If you just want to follow my posts and articles, LinkedIn has this cool feature called “Follow.” We don’t have to be connected, but if you follow me, you’ll still get notifications about my new posts. Here’s how you can do it: How to Follow Me

, I believe in the importance of communication. That’s why I created this page for you. In the first part, you’ll find some basic questions and answers. In the second part, you’ll find all the answers and tips if you’re looking for a job. Another part is for people who want to offer me something, and lastly, there are sections dedicated to my books that I’ve written.

Most of your questions will probably have answers on this page. But if not, feel free to reply to the InMail message that included this link, and I’ll get back to you. If InMail doesn’t work for you, there’s always the contact form. Just keep in mind that I might take a day or two to reply, depending on my schedule.

I see you’re able to speak Unknown. We can communicate in English or in Czech, or any other language you choose on Google Translator. :) Btw. United States is quite an interesting place!

Thanks again, ! Looking forward to hearing from you.

(Btw. If I didn’t guess the language or location, or you see “unknown,” it’s not me, blame it on the app I’m using—it had a rough day and failed miserably.) :)

Thank for considering me for a collaboration! Throughout the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with numerous companies to boost brand awareness, promote their products, and contribute to their product development, among other things. My main focus is establishing long-term partnerships or advisory roles.

Whether it’s sourcing/recruitment, articles, books, 1-1 sessions, or speaking and advisory engagements, I’m thrilled to collaborate and create something truly amazing together!

To get a better idea of your needs, I kindly ask you to fill out the form below. Let me know what you have in mind, and let the wonderful journey begin.

If you are thinking about asking whether your “agency,” “company,” or “you as a freelancer” could help with recruitment in the current company where I am, let me be honest with you and say that there’s a 99.99% chance we’re not looking to add new vendors at the moment.

I get it, we all have our own goals and plans (KPIs) – I’ve been in the agency world myself for 5 years. So, let me save you some time. Even if you still decide to give it a shot, there’s a 100% chance that I will reject your request. Why? Well, because I don’t know who you are, how you work, and chances are, I’ve never even heard of your company. (FYI, I get requests from more than seven agencies every week for collaboration or scheduling calls.)

If I’m ever in need of a new agency, I usually ask around for some recommendations. Having a good agency who really understands the need and pain points is crucial, not only because the agency will be representing the company but also because it is an extension of our recruitment team and represents all of us too. Thank you for your consideration in partnering with our company and me.

Here’s a tip for you to increase your chances with folks like me – have you ever considered social selling?.

Jan Tegze Speeking

I’ve had the pleasure of speaking at various meetups, events, webinars and conferences across the globe, including SourceCon, SourceCon Europe, RecFest, Sourcing Summit Europe, Social Recruiting Days, DisruptHR, Evolve Summit, and numerous others.

In these speaking engagements, I have shared my expertise on a wide range of topics, encompassing international recruitment, innovative sourcing methods, growth hacking techniques, leveraging recruitment and sourcing tools, effective sourcing strategies, advanced reporting and analytics, and much more.

If you’re interested in inviting me for a conference, meetup, webinar, or any other event, the best way to reach out is by filling out this form. It covers the basic questions I’ll need to know.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to help companies with a wide range of things – services, products, websites, content, training, processes, and more. And I’d be happy to help you too!

My skills aren’t just limited to recruitment and sourcing. I’ve got a whole lot of knowledge in areas like writing, marketing, BI, content creation, SEO, website building, growth hacking, artificial intelligence, and plenty more. So if you’re on the lookout for fresh ideas and a different perspective, I’m the person you are looking for!

I am open to advisory roles and long-term partnerships, as well as short-term projects that pique my interest. Please note that I am unable to provide any complimentary “pick my brain” calls.

If you want to chat and bounce ideas off each other, feel free to reach out to me on LinkedIn or through the contact form. Let’s get talking!

First of all, thank you so much for considering me for a role in your company! Just like any other candidate, I’m open to hearing any offers that come my way. Just to be transparent with you, while you’re reading these words, I’m probably pretty happy where I am. That is why you hear a “thank you, but I’m good right now” response from me.

To make things easier, I want to let you know that relocation is not an option for me—I’m not looking for that. You would have something really amazing for me (Dream job type of offer) that would make me consider relocation. Remote, hybrid, or onsite setup will work.

I really care about the people I’ll be working with they are always the reason why I am changing jobs, the company’s vision, my future team, the projects, and of course, the ATS that I’ll be using are also important. Trust me, you can’t make strategic decisions if the ATS you’re using is causing 50% of all TA issues!

If you are interested in considering me for a job opportunity, kindly complete the form provided below. Thank you for your time and consideration!

If you’ve got something else to offer or discuss, let’s keep it short and sweet. You can shoot it my way through a contact form or a LinkedIn message to get a speedy reply.

Just give me the lowdown in two sentences or less (280 characters). Look, I don’t mean to be blunt, but I’m not up for reading lengthy PR texts that leave me scratching my head. So, if you can’t explain it in a simple tweet (that 280-character limit is there for a reason) and you’ve got loads of PDF files to attach, count me out.

And before you ask, “Got a few minutes for an intro call?” – the answer is no, because those “few minutes” never turn out to be just that. Plus, there is a 98% chance that it will be a sales pitch.

Time is precious, and I prefer to invest it in things that truly matter, not length sales calls.

But hey, if you still want to tell me how cool your app is or how your agency does things differently, just click on “My Calendar”. Just be warned, there’s a listening fee involved, and once you’ve paid up, you’ll have my undivided attention for a solid 30 minutes.
