Jan Tegze is a globally recognized expert in recruitment and talent acquisition. With over two decades of hands-on experience, he has built and led high-performing talent acquisition teams across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions.

His journey began in 2004 at a recruitment agency, where he developed the foundational skills that would eventually make him one of the most respected voices in the industry. Today, as Director of Talent Acquisition, he designs recruiting systems and workflows - not just filling roles, but working with leaders to define hiring plans, build pipelines, improve interview quality, and create clear playbooks for recruiting teams.

With over 1,000 published articles and a reputation for translating complex talent acquisition concepts into actionable strategies, he has become a go-to resource for both recruiters and job seekers worldwide.
